We've all been there and we've always wanted to gain some insight on how to do it better, have someone listen and give solid advice and mostly, for someone have our back, make us feel like we can do it or just remind us that we're on track. We've all wanted to take a course where we can talk directly to the trainer, well now you can.

 

Doing my research for these online training sessions, I looked through many websites. I came across many professionals offering packages at a great price (under $100) but all were at-your-own-pace learning and coaching, weekly homework, some with online support groups (which I loved). I even found apps that help you change your bad work habits and coaching through text and if you found one or two with 1:1 coaching embedded in their programs, they offered only one or two calls that were 50-minutes long. If you're like me, one telephone call could prove ineffective because I'm one of those that I have so many questions, I run out of time or I remember a question after the call! I also found really great retreats although they were relatively inexpensive the cost of the journey made it ridiculously out of budget!

 

This is why I decided to start this type of training, in a very small 3:1 student ratio, for all those that either
